攻击摔角手站在面朝下的对手上方，面向同一方向。摔角手首先像执行反向波士顿蟹式固定（reverse Boston crab）一样，将对手的每条腿钩在自己的腋下，然后摔角手向下伸展，用双手从对手下巴下方抓住，施加下颚锁（chinlock），最后向后倾斜以拉起对手的头部和颈部。
该招式的另一个版本类似于手推车式颜面摔（wheelbarrow facebuster），但非法地拉扯对手的头发，同时向后倾斜以拉起对手的头部和颈部。
